Change is a natural part of growth, and as we evolve, so do our team members. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our Principal Officer, Alison Begley. After dedicating 12 years to NMC, she will take a well-deserved break from 30 November 2023.

During her tenure, Alison's unwavering commitment and tireless efforts have been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of NMC. She has worked closely with the Board of Trustees in achieving many of the Fund's key milestones and achievements. Her departure signifies the end of a significant chapter, and we will remember her as the heartbeat of NMC.

However, as one chapter closes, a new one opens. We are excited to introduce Jo-Anne Crossman as our new Principal Officer. With a notable background in Fund Management and a passion for excellence, Jo-Anne will work closely with the Board of Trustees in steering NMC into its next chapter. We are confident that the Fund will continue to thrive and achieve greater milestones.
