We always strive to provide our customers with exceptional service. However, if unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to file a complaint with Methealth.

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate it to NAMFISA. In your complaint, kindly specify the nature of your concern, the assistance you initially sought from NMC, any measures taken to address it, written feedback, and any pertinent documentation.
